Maintenance work to be performed by the customer
Note
Observe that the maintenance or replacement times indicated here are greatly dependent on the
respective sample matrix. All intervals and figures indicated are only examples and by no means
guarantee service life of consumables or wear and tear parts.
Maintenance work to be performed by the customer
The following table lists the maintenance work that you can perform yourself as customer and the
intervals for these tasks.

Replacing the ash crucible Depending on the sample matrix,
but not later than max. 400
measurements.

Instrument and supply lines leak
test
At least every 2 months.
Performing a leak test (on

Checking hard disk capacity and

to disk as required.
Starting the database

Calibration When the daily factor is no longer
between 0.9 and 1.1, but not later
